Maria Adriana Mois

Maria (27) was born in a small town in northern Romania. Although she studied a science program at high school and dreamed of becoming an architect, she eventually enrolled at a Journalism School. She started working for a local TV station when she was 18. During her studies, Maria worked as a volunteer reporter for Transylvania Film Festival and won a European Commission competition for journalists. Before getting involved in journalism, she was a correspondent for a national TV station. Meanwhile, she got an MA degree in security studies and received a scholarship to study in the Netherlands. After studying abroad she went back to what she loves: interviews. In 2016, Maria moved to Bucharest. Now she is a reporter covering Ministry of Interior issues and pursues her PhD in communication science.
