This workshop will explore some of the most useful critical thinking tools and strategies.
Combining a sturdy hands-on approach with a pinch of theory, the workshop will benefit anyone who cares to improve their ability to assess information, argue, persuade others or simply communicate and convey meaning. Improving your critical thinking skills will help you not only better structure and argue your academic work, it will also allow you to better understand and more effectively communicate in everyday situations.
About the lecturer
Leading the workshop will be Martin Štefl, who teaches languages, communication and critical thinking at the School of Business of the University of Chemistry and Technology in Prague. Martin also works as a lecturer of AP courses at the Center for Talented Minds and as a translator.
Practicalities:
The workshop will be held in Czech language.
It will take place in the Student Hub with a possibility to join online via Google Meet.
When registering for the online option, you will receive a confirmation email including the specific Google Meet link. The meet will become active 5 minutes before the start.
